1. Eligibility

• You must be 13 years or older to use our services.
• If you are between 13–17, a parent or guardian must supervise your use.

2. Account Use

You agree not to:

• Share false or misleading information
• Use our website for illegal or harmful purposes
• Disrupt, hack, or damage the platform
• Post offensive or inappropriate content
• Promote activities not aligned with Islamic values (e.g., gambling, usury, or pornography)

3. Payments

• Payments are billed based on your chosen plan or subscription.
• All payments are due according to your 28-day billing schedule.
• We accept PayPal, Stripe, Freshbooks, and bank transfers.
• If a payment fails, we may retry or contact you to resolve it.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You must cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before the lesson starts through your dashboard or email.
• Lessons canceled late or missed are not refundable.
• Teachers may be substituted if the original teacher is unavailable.

Refund eligibility:

• If IMAM Academy cancels a lesson → Full refund
• If you cancel less than 4 hours before → No refund
• Refund and reschedule limits depend on your plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum).

5. Vacation and Account Closure

• Platinum & Gold plans: up to 4 weeks vacation per year
• Silver plan: up to 2 weeks vacation per year
• Vacation requests must be submitted 7 days in advance.
• Upon account closure, you can make up any remaining lessons within 30 days. After that, unused sessions are forfeited.

6. SMS and Notifications

By registering, you agree to receive SMS reminders about classes or payments. You can unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP to any message.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, videos, designs, trademarks) belongs to IMAM Academy and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided “as is.” While we strive for accuracy and reliability, IMAM Academy is not liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Errors in content
• Loss of data or profit resulting from website use

9. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
